I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the office staff. I called on behalf of my grandfather who was sitting next to me to get information from his attorney regarding a case that was resolved some time ago. The receptionist took down my information and questions around 1:00 PM and told me very nicely we should receive a call back shortly or to follow up around 4:30 PM if we hadn’t heard anything.
