I would love to go over the terrible dismissive experience I had With Demi G. Please provide a way to contact management in writing so I can share the terrible experience I had. I was dismissed, talked down to, not given all my options and worst of all my intelligence was insulted. Better training could have prevented this and because of the way I was treated I will not be doing business with Roquette!
Spoke to Demina G and I couldn't be more disappointed. She was Rude, Dismissive. Would love a way to share my experience in writing hope the owners give me a way to do so. I asked about my options and was given none and spoken down to like I had no clue what I was talking about. You just lost a potential client!
