I tried to schedule services with him multiple times. When he would answer the phone (which was not very often) he would ask if I was a robot or telemarketer. Odd, but I can look past that. He told me he could come out on a Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went with no word. Called him Thursday, no answer. Friday was the same. The next week, it took several calls to get an answer. Called numerous times over the course of two hours (during business hours) and never got an answer and no voicemail was available to leave a message. It's hard to support local businesses when they won't answer the phone. I ended up calling a locksmith in Auburn that was most accommodating and quite reasonable.
I called for service. Said he would come the next morning. He never showed up.
