He will say he’s coming and never shows. With no phone to follow up.
I tried to schedule services with him multiple times. When he would answer the phone (which was not very often) he would ask if I was a robot or telemarketer. Odd, but I can look past that. He told me he could come out on a Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went with no word. Called him Thursday, no answer. Friday was the same. The next week, it took several calls to get an answer. I asked if we could schedule now, he said he had customers in the shop he would call me back. And never did! Ended up going with American lock ... read more
Called numerous times over the course of two hours (during business hours) and never got an answer and no voicemail was available to leave a message. It's hard to support local businesses when they won't answer the phone. I ended up calling a locksmith in Auburn that was most accommodating and quite reasonable.
