ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNSANITARY PRODUCTS, RUDE OWNER!!!! the staff is extremely rude/ the lady who runs the place- terrible service, never coming back, and dont recommend to anyone!! The owner who was doing my haircut did whatever she wanted with “consultation” of 1 photo i showed her & gave me a completely different haircut, pulled on my hair multiple times with comb that was dirty & didn’t clean it, and was excessively rude. This is my new go to spot in Chicago. My brows look amazing. The chair/recliner was the most comfortable that I’ve had ever while getting my eyebrows done. I did the eyebrow shaping and tinting.
Gabriela did an amazing job with my Russian manicure!
Had russian mani & pedi. Garbiella was great! She was very attentive and gentle. Loved my experience here, will be back.
