1 Star Review Unethical, retaliatory, and unprofessional lab. I run multiple dental offices and had one of the worst experiences ever with this lab. We sent a patient case and confirmed that it would be ready before the appointment. At the last minute, they put the case on hold to “teach us a lesson” because of a past late payment — which had already been paid in full (including an illegal late fee, since late fees are not allowed for this type of business in California).
