Jeff and the other staff were kind and respectful, He's a great clinic who does great things and the materials he adds are great.

They never gave me any options, they just made it and put it on, we wasted a lot of time going back and forth trying to get it adjusted properly but were told to get used to it. The best!!! I have been coming to Jeff Ropp for decades from the West Coast because no one could get me walking like he has. He’s really a master with his craft not only functionally, aesthetically as well. Both are important to me as women wanting to wear dresses/skirts and engage in a good amount of physical activities. Grateful for all the outstanding caring people at Ropp Orthopedic Clinic. Really, they are in class of their own that’s why I travel the distance.
Jeff is very kind and patient with my mom. She has extenuating circumstances that makes the fit of her prosthesis very difficult. Jeff has taken his time with her and continues to help her and adjust her leg along the way.
