My daughter has been seeing Mindy while she does expansion and braces. We went before any appliances were placed, the week they were placed, then every couple weeks, and now about once a month or as needed (when they change wires). I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Mindy's work in CFT. MY body is unwinding and softening for the first times in YEARS despite trying everything out there to do it on my own. I feel like my chiropractic adjustments actually hold now that my fascia isn't working against me. HIghly recommend Mindy!

Mindy is the best craniosacral therapist I know. The first session I brought my daughter to see her, I could physically see my daughter’s responses on the table. She became flush, her breath deepened, and, even myself on the couch on the side - I yawned repeatedly. Everything in the room shifted. I cannot tell you how much this has done for our family. All 5 of us have seen Mindy and we have experienced relief from pain, better sleep, better moods, and help in proper development of our kids hips and jaws. Releasing traumas and finding healing.
