Brought in my bmw x6 after I backed into a pine tree in the wee hours of the morning taking my buddy to the airport. ouch! Hutch quoted me and I brought it in after he confirmed parts had arrived. Charles with Roper Towing was a tremendous help to me when I got a flat on 1-20. He took my car to a tire place at 7 pm, helped me find a place to stay overnight, and made sure I got to my room safely. I am grateful to him. He was fast upon arrival on the highway too. I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming.
