Since they lost Blaine there service is non-existent. My machine has been down for a week trying to get a hold of someone that can help. I get voicemail or a broken promise for a call back.

We have been attempting to buy from them since the last 3 months but they are just dragging their feet in responding even after calling multiple times and agreeing to reply. We are not requiring credit and are offering paying in full for the parts intending to purchase. We tried to purchase directly from the manufacturer in Switzerland but unfortunately they referred us to them as their only supplier in the US.
