Doctor Krupinski great doctor but leaving for private practice. Getting someone to answer phone is something else. Was on hold so long I gave up and had to try 3 times to finally get an answer to find a replacement for Dr Krupinski.
Dr Donaldson is the best one there
Dr. Tipton reached out to me personally after Business hours because I was not happy with the issues I’m having. I appreciate the time he took to contact me and made me feel better about the situation.
DO NOT use Dr. Mary ‘Francis’ James. I only had one appointment with her that went well. I showed up for the second appointment in Mt Pleasant and turned out I was at the wrong location (they have two in Mt Pleasant). The receptionist said she would warn them that I would be late to the other location. After driving for over an hour, finally getting to the right location and only being 25 minutes late, SHE TURNED ME AWAY and asked me to reschedule. She wouldn’t even tell me to my face.
