Doctor Sami got me well a long time ago when 3 other doctors could not.
Front desk lady that called me 2 hours before the visit that had already been confirmed to inform me of info of missing bloodwork they had failed to inform me on the several other occasions they contacted me or on the literal my chart where they can message you that it was missing resulting in the appointment being canceled. She was also rude, uninformative, unprofessional and She hung up on me. I already asked off of work and there was plenty of time to inform me of the things I needed.
