On Aug 1, 2023 , I had a serious knee injury at work. Dr Carroll seen me within a week, ordered an MRI, Scheduled surgery. He had me in pre -surgery physical therapy and after spending hours in surgery, putting my knee back together stronger than ever and he got me walking again. He explained it is a very long recovery and working with my Physical therapist made the process easy to understand. You cannot find a better Doctor in the world. For the third time i had the opportunity to experience the wonderful attention and benefit of being a Roper St Francis orthopedics client! This time for a Reverse Shoulder Replacement. The office staff, surgical staff and my surgeon Dr William Carroll were outstanding, professional, caring, attentive, and friendly. Dr Carroll and his staff goes out of their way to explain the procedure until you understand and feel comfortable with it. He is a wonderful and caring surgeon.
