I’m not sure how you schedule a new pt exam, explaining you have not had a pap in 5 years and that’s what you are coming in for at the request of your internist, you wait 4 months for an appointment and you are literally seen and no exam. When you call to ask if this is normal for Roper, you are told it took too much time to answer your questions. (I had 2 very Basic questions.). The charting was wrong.
