I had a 10:30 apt and was asked to arrive at 10:15. I checked in at 10:16 and was not seen by the PA until 11:20. I was not told of any delays or explanations why they were running late. Next appointment I will make at the other office
Lauren B. is an awesome and through PA-C, but you already knew that. She wouldn’t be working in that capacity if she wasn’t. I’ve always had a good experience with every PA I’ve seen with Coastal Cardiology and of course let’s not forget Dr. O’steen. Great team! Thanks!

Was a routine cardio checkup, but was very comprehensive and answered all my questions. Very pleased.
Extremely unpleasant experience walking in was verbally accused by the staff member who was checking me in, Indiria, who said my appointment was at 9:30 and her tone was extremely cold and rude. I said, "no, my ECG appointment is at noon with a check in at 11:30." Then she said, "oh someone else has your last name." No apology, nothing, just directed me back to the front desk.
