Happy with the report and glad to see my doctor it had been a while and the nurse took great care of me
I showed up at the time the my chart app told me and waited 30 minutes. When I went back to the desk to check they told me my appointment was at 11:30. The app told me to arrive at 11am and I did. Then I waited another 30 minutes for the nurse practitioner. When they did come in they did a great job and went over everything with me. My only issue was the wait time and the bad information given from the MyChart app
I found the directions to cardiology difficult to find and so I ended up doing unnecessary walking. ( Difficulty walking long distances with my knee).When I told the cardiologist desk lady Precious, she advised me to ask the volunteers for the golf cart to take me to my car when I was finished. As I’m waiting for the elevator, Precious comes out as it opens and says she was just talking about me to the volunteers.
