Personnel was great once you got into the back out of the ER waiting room. Front desk help seemed like they could care less whether they were there or not and was not very helpful
Refuses to bill the VA correctly - resulting in harrasment from Debt Collectors
Do not utilize their lab services, unless you want to be hit with a huge bill after getting routine bloodwork done. I have had bloodwork done multiple times a year over the last several years and never paid a dime. I went to the lab at this location and was hit with a bill for $500 for standard bloodwork. It is impossible to speak to anyone that can take any real action, and the people you speak to are completely unhelpful. They have all the power because they chose to code the services in a way that resulted in my insurance... read more
