Henry is wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant. Very caring. Suggestion-get rid of those stupid pillows and switch to neck rolls Suggestion-get enough equipment that the therapists use! Only having 1 is ridiculous. I’ve seen them all searching for a specific belt, or whatever it is that they need.
I went to ATI yesterday for severe muscle pain. Today I'm in more pain than yesterday! They did not offer a heat pack, or a cold pack, or massage. I'm really suffering today. In addition, there is no privacy in there facility. Everyone can see and watch what everyone else is doing.
Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough sessions.
