Juan did an excellent job at fixing my pools primary pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. In addition to quickly fixing the variable speed controller on the pump motor, he took the time to evaluate how the complete system was performing, and he educated me on how I could more effectively operate the system. Great service and communication from tech. Only reason not 5 stars is that Trying to get a hold of someone to verify warranty appointment was terrible. Called cell number and office number twice, I just happened to be home.
These guys rock! Everyone I talk to @ Roper Pool Care is knowledgeable and polite. They have gone above and beyond expectation multiple times in my first year of owning a pool. If you have a pool problem call Justin he will take of you!
