When we bought our house we knew the pool needed a lot of work. Being a first time pool owner we needed someone to walk us through the process. Tony and his team were great. From start to finish Tony was available and always willing to answer our questions. Pool looks great! No surprises and all went according to plan. So great we decided to use their weekly maintenance as well.
This the company you want to call for any pool repair. They came out next day and repaired my pool pump. Communication is great and answered all my questions.
Juan did an excellent job at fixing my pools primary pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. In addition to quickly fixing the variable speed controller on the pump motor, he took the time to evaluate how the complete system was performing, and he educated me on how I could more effectively operate the system. Great service and communication from tech. Only reason not 5 stars is that Trying to get a hold of someone to verify warranty appointment was terrible. Called cell number and office number twice, I just happened to be home.
