Being in a sleep study is basically a horrible experience. The hours did not fit my normal sleeping pattern and a lot of my normal comforts could not be met. Snacks and TV. The bedding was comfortable but there's no place like home. The rooms allowed slightly too much light in and there was some noise that could be heard so it wasn't an ideal sleep environment. The results were good however, and that I got the information I needed and I'm optimistic about my sleep improving.
