The social worker, John Garvey, provided excellent care for a couple of years to my father. He truly liked listening to my father's many stories and my father loved his visits. John not only provided comfort to my father, but also to my mother. Our family is thankful for the care John provided!
Stay away from Roper Hospice. Their customer service and care during our very hard time was absolutely appalling. They never came in person to have a conversation while my mother was in the hospital. They allowed her to be transferred home without having anyone ready to help us at home. We did not get the medications we were promised because the case manager showed up so late at night that the pharmacy was closed.
