Cliffton went above and beyond to help us, as well as the staff at the Joplin location. We also had issues a few days after getting the car and they were quick to respond, address the situation and take steps to get everything resolved. One of more enjoyable experiences I've had!
I have purchased many many cars over my years but my last purchased from Roper Honda of Webb City was the BEST! Clifton was amazing! Made a deal that we BOTH was happy about.
Was looking to buy a reliable car for a good price in this tough market. Preston and Cliffton were extremely helpful and nice, and I ended up buying a car from them for a great price. The car was super clean and all recommended maintenance had been performed before it was put up for sale. Overall great experience.
*Used Car experience* Overall, we had a good experience buying through this smaller dealership. There was low pressure when looking at cars and going through the test driving process. We worked with Preston, he was very nice, personable, and professional. Purchased a vehicle today from Preston Carpino. The entire transaction was very short BUT THOROUGH. Preston and Clifton offered a professional but very relaxed and comfortable experience. At no point did we feel pressured in any way to take a deal we weren't 100% comfortable with or look at any vehicles we weren't interested in.
