It's unimaginable that the yard jockeys don't understand that if they're picking up a trailer and placing it in a slot if they're having a problem getting out from under it, the pickup driver will have a hard time getting under the same trailer. Three turns to lower the landing gear is all it takes. So can we get a little help please...
Came in contact with the yard driver Craig bush my experience was not pleasant he drove right pass me looked me dead in my eyes and kept going when I tried to get his attention to move a trailer because it was parked close to another trailer and I couldn’t get to the landing gear I proceed to get in my truck and follow him he lead me on a chase all the way around the building and then tell me I’m not your dog you don’t honk your horn at me I don’t work for you boy I tried to talk to a supervisor and he down plays it and I’m ... read more
The fact that you have to go find your 1 trailer out of 400 or more without being told a location and it having a regular spot or area for pickup. Then your being policed by the yard sheriff Craig Bush who only ask you do to things that help him but runs and looks away knowing you need help but leaves it to the other two driver. They do things like the photo on the regular instead of fixing it while it's up in the air when it's easiert to roll and deal with instead it gets dropped like this, see photo🤷♂️
When needing assistance with a trailer, one of the yard truck operators Craig Bush refuses to assist drivers talks down to drivers threatens to have them banned from the property when they don’t do what he tells them to do, even though he is not in administrative position.
