This clinic was assigned to me years ago. I was under Dr. Roper's care at first and then was moved to a nurse practitioner. Once this happened each time I tried to make an appointment online it out my appointment under Dr. Roper. The (extremely rude) secretary named SHARON told me I should be under the practitioner not Dr. Roper. I advised her that the online system gave me no choice and she said she would reset it so it wouldn't happen again.
