de la prise de rendez-vous, a la reception, au docteur. Tout est affreux. Prise de rendez-vous compliqué et on sent qu'on dérange. La receptionniste ne démontre aucun intéret a son travail ni aux patients et Docteur Suzanne Anger qui n'a AUCUNE empathie et est méchante et blessante dans ses propos. c'est mieux d'aller dans un sans rendez-vous que d'avoir a passer par cette clinique.
