I cannot recommend Oak City Accounting. Communication was consistently slow, and there were multiple issues with attention to detail in the bookkeeping. We were also billed for hours that did not align with the activity shown in QuickBooks. When I raised concerns, instead of taking the time to improve the bookkeeping methods, they completed ghosted us and I ultimately had to contact QuickBooks directly to transfer our accounts.
