So helpful!! Great business! They are the best! – I had such a great experience at Ropal and will be going back for many other things for my upcoming wedding. We had RSVP cards made there because we needed something a little different on them. Reed was beyond helpful, and really knew his stuff and helped me things I wouldnt even think of! I was beyond happy with how our order came out and will differently be back!!
BAD customer service – I have been here many times. There are always 4 or so people working. No one is helpful. Odd for a tiny place that looks like they would need the business.
Old-fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE – Kudos to Reed, Leslie, Paul and Moses for keeping the tradition of customer service alive. Ropal can get you ANYTHING - and I mean anything - in the stationary and office supply world. A great place for customized printing, signs and general office supplies. They even work for celebrity clients like Michael Douglas and Lize Minelli. Office Depot? BLAH! Staples? Eat your heart out! I'm sticking with ROPAL. They rule!!!!
