The staff was extremely professional and kind! Above and beyond excellence!
Had an appointment for nearly 2 weeks, told the stylist that my hair is pink and I’d like to go blonde. I showed up to my appointment and was told that she would not be able to do my hair. Pretty disappointed. I was told this would be an 8 hour color correction to go from pale pink to blonde(?) . It would have been nice if she had given me this information 2 weeks ago.
