A very bad experience. My hair ended up with a blue/gray/silver tint to it. I contacted her to fix it. She said she would, but she never followed through with that. I reached out a few times, and I never got a response. I ended up having to go to a different salon and pay more money to have it so at least my hair wasn’t blue/gray/silver. Very disappointing experience. Will not be going back to Rootz.
Lacey is the best!! Always gives the best color and cuts. I drive 2 hours ( one way) just to get my hair done here!
