Very pleasant store it's an amazing shopping experience
I love this store. I live in North Carolina but I visit this store everytime I come to Virginia. I love the selection of oils, incense, soaps, clothes, etc that they have. Love the atmosphere. The owners are great. Customer service is great. I would advise anyone that if u in the cheasepeake area, stop by and check out Rootz. U won't regret it.

Love it! Just visiting from out of town and just wanted to check out this store and I found some nice dresses to wear. Great prices. The owner/ clerk that was helping me was great! Definitely will come back again or before I leave.
Great selection. Friendly staff. Associate was extremely helpful and attentive.
