I’ve been shopping at this guys store for as many years as I can remember. I think this is his third mall by now. He has always greeted me with a smile and kindness. He’s a pleasure to communicate with. The store is huge and is never a mess. You can tell he cares about his business. Very pleasant store it's an amazing shopping experience
I love this store. I live in North Carolina but I visit this store everytime I come to Virginia. I love the selection of oils, incense, soaps, clothes, etc that they have. Love the atmosphere. The owners are great. Customer service is great. I would advise anyone that if u in the cheasepeake area, stop by and check out Rootz. U won't regret it.
