Today I had to take my mum urgently to see the doctor. I want to thank the receptionists, nurses and Dr Vivien Moran for helping my mum they were all excellent . The nurses and doctor kept an eye on her till she was getting better. She was able to leave when she got better and prescribed medication for her too. I would not hesitate in recommending this medical practice .polite, helpful and caring thankyou.
Worst receptionist in this medical centre. They lie a lot. They tell all the patients 10-15 mins wait but instead it’s more than 1.5 hours wait and all the patients frustrated. Waiting too long and disappointed. Staff should learn the policies and procedures how to serve the patients. All girls are rude in reception.
terrible experience, went there for urgent care after experiencing severe cramping and vomiting, met with a Dr Wang after waiting an hour for a 2 minute consult, i explained my symptoms and history, he then just asked if i wanted a doctors certificate, i asked him if i have ruptured appendix, he said "we wouldn't know unless we cut you open" he pressed on my stomach said for me to go to emergency tonight if it gets worse and see a GP tomorrow if it continues, i tried asking him a few more questions he gave me a script for th... read more
Don’t advertise that you’re open until 8pm but then stop taking patients at 6:30pm. Also the receptionists are very rude and snobby. This was such a disappointment considering I was desperate for a doctor that was open until late.
Hopeless service.. should be reported to a member of parliament and closed down. Doctors didn't want to see a patient..even though it was urgent. Told to go elsewhere where. Zero care from the reception and doctors should be stripped of their licenses. Zero duty of care.
