Hopeless service.. should be reported to a member of parliament and closed down. Doctors didn't want to see a patient..even though it was urgent. Told to go elsewhere where. Zero care from the reception and doctors should be stripped of their licenses. Zero duty of care.

Nothing to say so much but there receptionists and nurses doesn’t deserve even half of star.

One of the nurses was really rude and lack of empathy, maybe she was tired or unhappy with her job. The facility has posters saying they don't tolerate aggressive behavior, but I guess she needs to read them every day. She wasn't paying attention to us at all. We told her what happened and then she just walked away. She didn't know how to establish a rapport with her patients. On the bright side, doctors were excellent.

Got there 2:30pm gave the receptionist my details, was advised 1.5hr wait, told receptionis I will come back later, returned at 3:30was told ther 8 people in front of me, 2hrs later got tired of waiting and left, will not go back... Im sure Karma will intervene.

This review concerns only one of the two telephone receptionists. Her behaviour on the phone was appalling and entirely unprofessional. She should not be answering calls or managing telephone appointment bookings.
