5 stars are definitely not enough to explain my personal experience. Everything was so easy-professional from scheduling, timing and the actual service. Nice ladies at customers service together with doctor assistants. Also doctor Grant Hutchens was so professional and highly experienced! Plus the office is beautiful with a very easy parking lot! After 3 root canals on 3 different teeth, they all failed years later. Other endodontist I went, did not charged me for CT scan which they do $400. Look for a different specialist if you are reading this.
Perfect experience. They fit me in on the same day for x-rays and then a root canal. From Dr. Suh to the entire team, everyone was kind, smart, attentive, and professional. The space is modern and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Everything is so clean - I personally watched as the staff cleaned up after rooms were used - even after the restroom was used. They make you wait soo long. I had an appointment at 12, got there at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. They took me back at 12:05 to get a few quick X-rays. Then I proceeded to sit in the chair for 40 mins waiting. Finally the doctor came but at that point my parking meter had run out so I asked if I could go give it more money and she told me they have a parking lot around the corner, so I went to move my car real quick and came right back to the chair.
