Customer service really sucked I been here before but TODAY everybody must have just been tired. Nobody knew Nothing how long it would take before I was able to go in and get treatment it's been an hour no one is waiting in the waiting room. They talked your business in front of other customers. Just a horrible experience today with these front desk workers.
Dropping from $3,000 to $1,800 after one objection makes the first number look less like a medically necessary price and more like price discrimination. I explained I was not employed, paying uninsured/out of pocket, expecting them to offer the best price straight for someone in need, and instead it felt more like they tried to take advantage of me at a medically vulnerable time. I ended up paying $150 for the privilege of negotiating with the receptionist. Why is it so hard to find humane treatment?
I came here as an emergency patient for retreatment of a root canal due to severe pain. Dr. Sam Yun is amazing; he did a perfect job. The procedure was incredibly smooth, and he was able to retreat eight teeth in one session with minimal pain. I truly don’t know how to thank him enough! I wish him and his staff all the best. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I was referred to this place by my dentist to evaluate a root canal. While I was filling out paperwork, a staff member briefly mentioned something like “we’ll take a fee of $145 for checking insurance.” I was focused on the forms and didn’t fully catch it I honestly thought it was something like $1.45 or just a small processing fee.
