I am sure the doctors involved are very good at what they do. However, I was treated poorly by staff, and waited almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to actually get anything done. They took my cash "deposit" and collected the money on my insurance claim for the same procedure and now they refuse to refund my deposit. I've been arguing with them for months.
If you intend to use your insurance, please find another business. I have insurance that covered the procedure but they made me pay a "deposit" in case my insurance denied the claim. They incorrectly billed my insurance on purpose so they could tell me the claim was denied and kept my $600 deposit. Now they refuse to rebill my insurance company (who I verified is willing to pay the claim, by the way). The office manager refuses to return my calls. This is by far the most unethical business I have ever encountered.
