If you intend to use your insurance, please find another business. I have insurance that covered the procedure but they made me pay a "deposit" in case my insurance denied the claim. They incorrectly billed my insurance on purpose so they could tell me the claim was denied and kept my $600 deposit. Now they refuse to rebill my insurance company (who I verified is willing to pay the claim, by the way). The office manager refuses to return my calls. This is by far the most unethical business I have ever encountered.
