We decided to go to Rootstalk after we eloped in the mountains and, being from Denver and disappointed in a lot of over priced places, and in a mountain town that has generally has extremely overpriced and disappointing food - Rootstalk is the exception. Wonderful food, wonderful service and we’ll be going back for years to come. Shout out to Alyssa for being so accommodating and welcoming!
We dined in for our anniversary, and not only were the staff so kind and welcoming - the food was phenomenallll.
