A huge thank you to our host, Will, who greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived and our server, Liv (Olivia), absolutely outstanding. They both set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing evening. The food and atmosphere are phenomenal and we can’t wait to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rootstalk delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Alaskan Halibut with morel mushrooms, fava beans, English peas, potato gnocchi, and spring onion. Thank you for helping make our 10 yr anniversary special! We had a few small bites and 2 entrees, everything was fantastic. From the caviar, the liver mousse, the beef tartare to the steak and halibut. I’ve had beef tartare 3 times (also at French Alpine Bistro in Aspen and Death&Co in Denver) and I’d rank this #1. I think the picture should speak for itself. Thanks again!
