We came to Rootstalk in Breckenridge to celebrate our 1-year anniversary, and it was such a special experience! The restaurant is absolutely adorable, and the service was spectacular from start to finish. I don’t think we ever had an empty plate on our table or an empty glass in our hands! Made an early reservation during their Aprés hour (4-5pm). Appreciated the additional/discounted options! The food was INCREDIBLE. We got the late summer harvest salad, handmade rigatoni (aprés special), and the NY strip. The blend of flavors was next-level.
