"Roots & Vine is my favorite fine dining restaurant in Highlands. Unique because it is a bespoke Chef’s Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings. Third time coming to Root and Vine and each time it somehow exceeds the previous … I’m not really sure how because the food is always beyond compare anywhere we have been in the world and the service is phenomenal as well.
