Mindy is an incredible practitioner. I experienced my first Myofascial Release massage with her, and greatly benefited from the massage & the effects. She was very communicative, letting me know exactly how the massage would evolve, as it's different than any other treatment I've had. She has created a beautiful space - very warm, inviting, and comfortable. I can't wait to be back !

After brain surgery I was looking for someone to help me sort out the issues around my neck and shoulders, I can't express how understanding and professional Mindy is. She's an excellent communicator and always checks in about pressure and what's working/not working for you. Her massages are heavenly, and really released some major tension build up for me.
