If you are in need of any muscle pain or physical ailment this is the place to go to! Not only has Sean helped with my lingering shoulder and back pain, he has helped rehabilitate it and I am in the best shape I have been in years! This is the best facility in Phoenix to get back into peak physical condition.

I cant say enough positive things about Roots. I've been to physical therapy, chiropractors, and specialists. Nobody has been able to get me the relief that Sean has! This guy is magic! He must see the human body like Neo sees the matrix...

As a fitness enthusiast taking care of my body is a must. Roots has taken care of me not only in recovery work to keep me moving well but also helped rehab me back from an injury. The guys treat you like family and are super knowledgeable in their work. I couldn’t recommend a better place!

I have been going to Roots Sports Medicine since they were downtown. Jace and Sean are extremely professional and confident. When you walk into the clinic the atmosphere is very laid back and clean. Also they have dogs. Which always cheers me up when I arrive. The sauna in the back allows your muscles to warm up before your workout to help prevent even more injuries.
