This is a genuine review and I rarely make one unless very impressed. After several attempts via local so called landscapers in the last two years to get my very high and overgrown hedges reduced the only ones to show up were Kit and Ken from Roots Shoots & Leaves Garden Maintenance. This guy is awful. Very nice at start but doesn’t like weeding and moaned the whole time he was here. Did a great job though. Supported him when he started out and after about 5 visits and referrals to others he didn’t answer calls. Obviously doesn’t like weeding and once he got himself established he let my job go without even telling me. He had no respect for myself and saw him gesturing to my dog when he didn’t know I could see him. Grub!
Kit gave our front yard the most amazing makeover. The garden was overgrown and filled with weeds. Over the course of a Saturday kit made the garden look so fresh.
Timely quoting and reasonable pricing - grass was laid very well and advice was helpful
We are so happy with the incredible job Chris did with our hedges! They were extremely tall and out of control and he was well equipped to make them nice and neat. Chris was excellent with communication, very mindful of ensuring it was cut to the height/shape we wanted, well priced and just a genuinely lovely person. We will definitely have him back to maintain the hedges. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!
