Where to even start! From the get go, this was an easy and personable experience! I was recently a maid of honor in my friend’s wedding and reach out to roots through a family friend to inquire about packages. Bianca was amazingly friendly and personable as well as professional. My daughter and I had AN INCREDIBLE experience with Cassidy today. She is BEYOND AMAZING and an absolute miracle worker!! She was SO EXTREMELY patient with my 6 year old and her hair was a mess, but she was SO understanding, took the time caring for her hair, and my daughter gave her a hug before we left. We both are SO GRATEFUL and, as a mom, how she helped my daughter was such a relief. We will never ever go anywhere else and I'll tell everybody to come here. Thank you, Cassidy!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bianca, Amanda & Sarah and their incredible talent! From the moment we started communicating, they were professional, warm, and genuinely excited to be part of my big day. On the wedding day, they arrived early, brought such calming energy, and made everyone feel so comfortable. Cassidy is literally a miracle worker!! Not only is she the sweetest but my hair feels and looks amazing! She takes her time and perfects every little detail! I have a ton of hair and it’s very dense and no one has cut it as perfect and the color is amazing! The owner was so nice too and greeted every client that walked in!
I cannot say enough about the Roots hair and makeup team for my wedding, they were amazing! They traveled to the venue (Standing Rock Farms in Madison, OH) and did all of our hair and makeup at the venue in their bridal suite. The team was Bianca for makeup, and Logan and Amanda for hair. Owner and bridal coordinator Bianca was so great and easy to work with to get booked and schedule hair and makeup trials with. And their prices are very reasonable!
