I had givin up on this place along time ago. Thought I’d revisit a few years later. I wanted a new fresh color, (fire engine red) and apparently getting it fire engine red wasn’t possible because I had to go back in to get it fixed by the same stylist twice because it came out a pink red which I hate a pink red…. I’m glad I have a sister who told me how to fix it, manic panic wins again! What I wanted was a deep plum dark purple with a little lighter shade at the bottom. I had my hair dyed here and it was initially Purple with bleached then a different shade of pink for the tips. This is what happened after 3 washes in cold water. She didn’t tell me until we started dying it that it was not permanent. I paid $240 before tip. I also had dye all over my skin and scalp which I was told she was suppose to clean that up. I was looking for a new salon and the reviews for this establishment seemed good. I found the cut and color I received to be ADEQUATE (it's fine, but not as easy to style as previous cuts in the same style, and I've certainly not received any compliments on my new cut). I think the prices are exorbitant even compared to my previous salon in a larger metropolitan city. I left feeling disappointed after paying what I did for a straightforward style.
