I went to Jenna yesterday to fix a bad haircut. I wasn't expecting much, since my hair looked like David Cassidy's hair from the '70s (you girls of a certain age can relate to "the shag"). Jenna listened to all of the things I hated about my last cut and then worked magic on my hair. As an unexpected bonus, she did it on a Sunday! She is also a delight, and I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Jenna!
Jenna is the best stylist!! I’ve been going to her for over ten years and have been happy after every visit. She has done cuts, all over color, highlights and balayage on my hair. She does an awesome job at balayage and has been able to achieve the perfect “lived in” look every time. Thrilled that she has found a new home at Roots!

A salon to call home Jenna has been doing my hair for ~15 years and truly the only person I’ve trusted to tell me what my hair needs and exceed my expectations every time. I have followed her to every salon shes worked at since she graduated cosmotology school and this salon didn't disappoint in the slightest. It is clean, cozy and small enough where your experience will feel so personalized. Highly recommend.
Went to Roots Salon for the first time and saw Jenna, she was wonderful! Everyone was friendly, the vibe was great, and I left really happy with my hair.
