The entire staff at Roots Salon are so welcoming and I've never been disappointed. I trust all of the stylists. Shannon is our favorite. She has such kind, friendly and outgoing energy. Everyone works together so well and gives the best advice for different hair style ideas. I am so happy that we found this salon!

Where to start, I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I have light blonde hair but it's gotten very brassy as I dye it myself so I wanted to get high and low lights throughout. The cost of $275 was too high for me so we decided to just go a shade or two darker so that next time I would add the highlights to save costs. After 3.5 hours when we pulled the towel off my hair it was dark brown, there was no blonde to be seen. I have been blonde my whole like so it was quite the shock and it looked horrible. I absolutely love coming here! Shannon and all the girls treat everyone like family! Recently had Sammy do my hair and she did such a wonderful job !! I get compliments everywhere I go! Hands down the best salon Around!

I am new to the area and so happy to find this gem! Friendly, relaxing atmosphere full of very nice people. Shannon is wonderful and knew exactly what I wanted (with little help from me).
