I had my nails done the day before leaving for a destination wedding in Mexico. The manicure was sloppy - the nails were poorly shaped and uneven in length. I arrived early and was taken right away which was helpful because I had a very busy day and other things to do afterwards! The receptionist was very polite and friendly, did her due diligence to offer me products and pre-book me (WTG), and the person who did my waxing, Kenice was so gentle and lovely and concerned about if she got everything and how I was feeling about it.
