I've never had a great experience at salons on the weekend. Staff get too busy, start rushing and make mistakes. Broke my own rule and regretted it. Put me with one stylist to do hair color and another for a haircut. I just wanted her to redo the color I had last which was light brown with very small amount of red undertone and a trim so not complicated. First problem was she didn't write down what she did last time so she tried to match. But must've put a lot of purple red in it. I specifically said i didnt want any purple ... read more
My daughter turned 10yrs old today. Went to get her hair done. Has been walking on clouds since she left. Thank you to all the staff
