Del did an amazing job on my nails and toenails! She takes her time and is very meticulous. She’s also fun to talk to. The only thing that I would recommend is that Roots purchases another UV light—one for each hand. It is uncomfortable to cross my left hand to cure my nails when the UV light is on my right side. With that said, Del is amazing! Christine Schultz

I absolutely loved my hair after my appointment, it was everything I thought it would be AND better. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone there was so friendly and nice, just an amazing atmosphere.

Sketchy pricing. I booked a $58 demi overlay. Not once during the service was anything mentioned to me that they would need to use ‘extra product’ on me. I went to check out expecting $58 and was told it was $110. When I questioned the charge, the person told me it was more because I had thick hair and extra product was needed. If a service price is going to basically double, the customer should be made aware before the service starts. A good stylist should be able to estimate these product needs. I’ve been to Roots twice. The first time was not good, I was given a quick, uneven hair cut and sent on my way with wet hair. I ended up going back to get it fixed, and it still wasn’t that even. The second time was good, I had a different stylist and I liked my cut (and got a proper blow dry and style after). I attempted to go back recently for a third time, and after having to work late/hit rush hour traffic, I was 5-6 minutes late.
