Wonderful place..great people and services!
Called to make an appointment. Was told there is no booking system, so I'd have to wait for a stylist to return my call (you must be kidding). I also asked for Tiffany based on reviews and the person answering tried to talk me out of using her......on to the next shop. Stupid way to lose business.
Called and sent message 3 weeks ago and have never gotten back to me. Had to find another salon which is ashame because Roots is in my community.
