Every time I come to Roots Salon, I’m very satisfied with the outcome of my hair. Everyone there is very welcoming and attentive. I definitely recommend Jeremiah, he pays attention to the details and works thoroughly while being gentle with my hair. I will back again!
Today was my first appointment at this salon. 1st impression was the call to make the appointment and the gal who answered the phone was professional and nice, but I would have liked her to ask more question about me and my hair to select a stylist that would be a good fit to schedule me with. They have varying prices by stylist which is great, I asked to book with someone who is not the most expensive as this would be my first visit. I'm always nervous getting a haircut. It never seems to go my way. Maliree was very patient and kind helping me figure out just exactly how I wanted it cut. I have never been so pleased in all of my life with my hair cut and she styled it in a way I can replicate on my own. Thank you to the moon and back Miss Maliree for the experience!
Beautiful salon and everyone was amazing. I felt so comfortable! I have super thick, unruly hair and Kat cut/styled my hair exactly how I envisioned. This is my hair place now I am so glad I went!
Audrey colored my hair today and she crushed it! I have an undercut pixie cut that can be difficult to color and she made sure the shelf and back blended beautifully! Showed photos for inspo she really made my hopeful vision come to life! Not to mention the place was beautiful. Definitely almost fell asleep having my hair washed. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back when it’s time for a touch up!
