Initially had high hopes after responding to texted images of my potential job with a rough estimate, but then missed the day of the job with no explanation. When I sent follow-up texts, was unresponsive for multiple days, apparently content to string me along. Perhaps the work would be good, if I could ever get to that point.
I had an emergency toilet overflow into my downstairs. Eddie came out and cleared the drain the same day. It's been running smooth since. Fair price and Ed was beyond great to work with. Absolutely recommend them for any plumbing issues!
Joe was quick and professional at dealing with my plumbing needs. He was very friendly and up front about time & cost as well as my options. I haven't had an issue since he finished the work. I'm very happy I called. I highly recommend Roots Plumbing & when I need plumbing service in the future, I won't hesitate to call again.
Just called this company for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Joe showed up on time and did a perfect job. Already recommended him to two of my friends. Will definitely call again.
My water heater burst Ed and Joe came out and got me situated the next day thanks so much guys highly recommended
