Tracie goes above and beyond for her clients and my hair is not always curls friendly but her products and style stay all day. She makes you feel great and she's genuinely a kind person! We've used her 3 times in a short amount of time and will continue to do so. We found her through chance by winning a gift certificate to the salon through a donation she made to a school event. I'm really glad we went to her and we'll keep coming back because of the care she takes with us. Thank you Tracie for all you do!

As soon as I walked into Roots on Center everything was set up so nice. The flow and set up of the store and salon flows perfectly. Tracie is ALWAYS so great with both of my boys, my daughter and myself. My boys (5&3) love her and sit so well for her. She's patient with them and it makes them comfortable. She has worked miracles on my hair and shes just an awesome person to be around.
Ive always liked this lady..she also does very good job with boy cuts..but recently its like she never has time..she wants you there really early my 2 year old isnt even up at the time she asking me to come in 8 to 9 in the morning as a mother of 5 thats early for me..and she dont wanna work with you on a time..then its days later to wait .i guess shes just that busy 🤷♀️but id definitely would refer her to a friend..
