Helped me place a short notice order and delivered to my wife's office within the time request - flowers were beautiful and the hand written note was a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend and will use their service in the future!

Was sending flowers to meet my wife and step daughter at their hotel as they travel out of town for a gymnastics meet. Wife had incorrectly informed me of her hotel name, driver called to tell me "no one is checked in under that name". I call the wife, get the right name, call the delivery woman back with all the apologies. We used roots on 9th for our wedding. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend!
We were incredibly disappointed with the quality of the flowers we received. They arrived wilted and lifeless, and instead of taking accountability, the florist blamed us for how they were transported — even though the drive was only an hour and a half in mild, 57-degree weather. Our order was supposed to be ready on Friday, but they had it down for Saturday. Because of this mix-up, the flowers were thrown together last-minute, and the bouquet ended up falling apart during the ceremony. It never even made it to the reception... read more
