I highly recommend Ashley! I have been seeing her for several years now and am never disappointed. I love the mix of techniques that she blends together based on my needs, like deep tissue and hot stones.
I had my first massage appointment with Ashley a few months back. She was very welcoming and the atmosphere of the room was very calming and inviting. I received a discount as a first time customer and it was with it. After my massage I was ready to take a nap. I was so relaxed and refreshed. I enjoyed our conversations and the background music was very soothing. I highly recommend setting up an appointment.
Ashley is someone I highly recommend for massages - especially deep tissue. This is the best place in central Maine to go!
