How a fleese your customers The five stars are for the rip off factor. Yes they have an anwser for everything. Do your self a big favor and stay away. I bought two trees from the fine people at Root's. Planted them in the real late fall. The next spring the trees only got halve the leaves and only on the bottom. The tops dried up.Now the trees only have a 6 month warranty.(Most of it in the winter) The trees that they want to replace them have no warranty. All they want to do is give me store credit. Great Selection of Shrubbery and Flowers Roots literally has hundreds of plants and shrubbery available. What I really like about this store is it is owned by a local couple and therefore it has the typical mom and pop feel to it. The staff is able to answer any and all questions I have regarding how much sunlight a plant needs or how hearty the plant is (I don't have a green thumb).
