The bowls are deep. Tastes fresh. I like it better than Chipotle because it's more than just rice. You can have kale, spinach, or mixed greens. It will cost around $15, +/- a couple dollars.
Good amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Bowls are good and wraps are good. Get the hibiscus green tea.

The Roots Bowl is one of my favorites in Richmond.
Order using the app and then just run inside and grab your bowl. Great when the line at the main location is 15+ min.
