Always great, and very kind staff!
Unfortunately as much as I’ve loved this restaurant the cleanliness has really taken a dive. I was actually almost a daily customer for months. It makes me sad actually. The bathrooms are always disgusting now. Doesn’t matter weekday or weekend. The tables and/or the floor smell like old mop water or old unwashed rags. It makes it hard to eat in there. Is a bad attitude part of the requirement to work there? The last few times I’ve been to this roots kitchen, the people behind the counter have been less than friendly, barely make eye contact, don’t ask about any customizations- just throw everything in a bowl- and sling it at me at the register. For how much this food cost I expect a more friendly experience.
The food was good ! The people were nice and helpful. I would definitely go back ! Great for some quick and healthy
This is now our favorite restaurant to eat at. The food is fantastic and the employees are always wonderful to interact with.
